Lovely bright spacious room right in the centre of town, attached to a really friendly pub, but no noise disturbance even though it was racing in the day and the pub was busy in the evening. Great cooked breakfast in the morning, would definitely stay again...

Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. It was no trouble for them to store our bicycles in their store room which was much appreciated. We had a great meal and drinks in the cosy bar downstairs.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially bringing me lots of ice when I sprained my ankles sight seeing. Location was close to everything especially Kelso Abbey. Food was excellent with a good variety. Rooms beautifully decorated and very cozy.
